Character's personality
I've been known to be too trusting and caring for others. I've been walked on and used. Backstabbed by those that I thought loved me, but only needed me until I was spent.
I'm a pretty friendly and outgoing person, I do come off as shy and standoffish depending on the situation. I'm also a bit of a flirt and depending, a tease.
I won't turn a friendship down, even if you live under a rock and your best friend is Big Foot. I try to give everyone a chance. Certain people somehow make me feel like I have to give them chance after chance even when they don't deserve it.
I'm observant and won't talk unless I feel it necessary to do so. I'm not afraid to speak my mind and let you know how I feel. I'm honest and some people think that I'm too blunt and need to learn tact, but those people can shove off.
I don't put up with assholes and those who feel like they can just do whatever they want to others. I don't like confrontation, but if I need to stand up for myself or others, I will.
What is my reason to exist?
Because of my childhood, I've always wanted to travel. I've been blessed to be able to do just that and I've been wanting to settle down and place my roots in a place I can really call home.
I feel like this fresh start will help me find what I want in life.
Background Story
Your character's origins: Born and raised in the Pacific NW, lower middle class, as far as I know, my family is "normal" I guess.
Growing up: I've been through abuse, rape, molestation, and ignorance, but I also had love, understanding, joy, and happiness. Not everything was bad, but I think I'm who I am because of my experiences.
Their relationships: I'm best friends with my mom and my younger brother. My father and I are still a WIP. I don't have too many friends, but those I do have are a part of my family! No S.O.
Likes: Chocolate, animals, anything soft and warm, hot cocoa & hot apple cider, Christmas, video games, drawing, nature, learning new things.
Dislikes: Not a huge fan of spiders and other creepy crawlies, blood isn't my thing either, small spaces, being taken advantage of, lied to, and bullies.
Social and financial status : Low middle class, I was born into it, but I want to work my way into a better financial situation.
Skills / Expertise: Multi-tasking, friendly and professional repertoire, hardworking and a quick learner.
